what you can do:

You do not have to stay in an abusive relationship. Statistics show that in situations where there is no intervention, abuse escalates until either the abuser or the abused is dead. Even if you may be feeling your weakest, call us and let us help you and your children.

 

If you decide to leave, take:

· money         

· checking and savings books

· birth certificates, social security numbers and marriage certificate

·  medical and other insurance cards and      immunization records

· clothing and items of sentimental value

 

If you are in immediate danger and find a chance to leave, don’t worry about these things—just leave!
