class descriptions:
water walking: If you enjoy walking outside, this is a great alternative. Walking the length of the pool is alternated with in-place exercises.
aqua aerobics: A low to medium intensity workout of aerobic exercises. Good for all ability levels.
water pilates: A low intensity workout of muscle toning and balance. Great for relaxation!
deep water aerobics: A no-impact workout in deep water. Float belts are available, but participants should have some basic swimming ability.
